The AT-CM-044 A6 is a 400W brushless jewellery polishing machine and micromotor system designed for precision polishing, drilling, engraving, grinding and carving. With a maximum speed of up to 90,000 RPM and 10–12N·cm torque, the system provides controllable rotary performance for jewellery workshops, engraving work, stone carving and other detailed finishing applications.

The A6 micromotor handpiece provides variable-speed operation up to 90,000 RPM, allowing the operator to adjust the rotational speed to suit different tools, materials and finishing processes. Its brushless motor design is suited to precision rotary work where controlled speed and consistent operation are important.

Designed for Jewellery Making & Finishing

For jewellery workshops, the AT-CM-044 A6 can be used across a range of bench processes including polishing, drilling, engraving, grinding and detailed finishing. Its compact handpiece provides access to smaller workpieces and detailed areas where larger polishing equipment may be unsuitable.

The system can also support suitable rotary tooling for carving and finishing stone, jade and other craft materials, making it a useful addition to workshop equipment for multiple types of precision work.

A6 Handpiece & Variable Speed Control

The system combines the AT-CM-044 control unit with the A6 micromotor handpiece, providing adjustable speed control directly from the workstation. A foot controller is also supplied, allowing the operator to control operation while keeping both hands available for the workpiece and handpiece.

The A6 handpiece platform is available with different collet configurations for holding compatible rotary tools. The exact supplied collet size should be selected or confirmed for the required tooling before use.

Dental Laboratory Applications

In addition to jewellery and craft applications, the A6 micromotor platform is suitable for appropriate dental laboratory polishing and finishing work. Its compact handpiece and variable-speed control make it suitable for detailed bench-based laboratory processes where a high-speed rotary tool is required.
