Bramfords Product Warranty

Our Warranty Promise

Bramfords stands behind the products we sell and aims to provide clear support if an eligible product develops a fault.

Eligible products purchased from Bramfords include limited warranty coverage beginning from the date of delivery.

Warranty periods vary according to the product and manufacturer. Most eligible products include a minimum 90-day warranty, while certain products may include coverage of one year, two years or longer.

Where product-specific warranty information is available, it will be stated on the relevant product page, specification sheet or other product documentation.

Warranty Periods

The applicable warranty period begins from the date your order is recorded as delivered.

Warranty coverage varies by product.

Most eligible Bramfords products are covered for a minimum of 90 days from delivery, while certain products may include longer manufacturer or product-specific warranty periods.

Where a longer warranty period is advertised for a particular product, that stated period will apply subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Claims submitted after the relevant warranty period has expired may not be eligible for warranty support.

What the Warranty Covers

Subject to assessment, the limited warranty may cover:

- Manufacturing defects
- Faults arising during normal intended use
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Missing components reported within a reasonable period following delivery

The precise remedy available will depend on the product, nature of the fault and circumstances of the claim.

What Isn't Covered

The warranty does not normally cover:

- Accidental damage
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Improper installation or assembly
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product operation
- Damage caused by improper maintenance
- Consumable components unless otherwise stated
- Use outside the manufacturer's intended operating conditions or application

Additional exclusions may apply where they form part of a product-specific or manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty that provides coverage beyond Bramfords' standard minimum warranty period.

Where applicable, the product-specific warranty period stated on the Bramfords product page, specification sheet or accompanying documentation will apply.

Some manufacturers may also provide additional support in accordance with their own warranty terms.

Where appropriate, Bramfords may work with the manufacturer or supplier when assessing a warranty issue.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault within the applicable warranty period, contact Bramfords as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

- Your order number
- Product name or model
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the issue where relevant
- Video demonstrating the fault where useful
- Any error codes or messages displayed
- Relevant supporting information

For technical equipment, our team may also ask questions about installation, configuration, operating conditions or how the fault occurred.

Providing clear information can help us assess the issue more efficiently.

How Warranty Claims Are Assessed

Warranty claims are reviewed individually.

Depending on the nature of the issue, Bramfords may request additional photographs, video, technical information or troubleshooting before determining the appropriate resolution.

For specialist equipment, information may also need to be shared with the relevant manufacturer or supplier to help diagnose the issue.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. The issue must first be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable warranty coverage.

Warranty Resolutions

Where a warranty claim is accepted, the appropriate resolution will depend on factors including the nature of the fault, product, availability of components and circumstances of the claim.

Possible resolutions may include:

- Technical troubleshooting
- Replacement components
- Replacement product
- Repair where available
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit where appropriate and agreed

The most appropriate resolution will be determined after the issue has been assessed and subject to applicable legal rights.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed, a replacement product does not automatically restart the original warranty period.

Returns Required for Warranty Claims

Do not return a product to Bramfords or a supplier without prior authorisation.

Many warranty issues can initially be assessed using photographs, video, troubleshooting information or replacement components without requiring an immediate physical return.

If a return is necessary, Bramfords will provide the appropriate instructions and return information.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Your Statutory Rights

The Bramfords limited warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.

Nothing in this warranty policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
