5g/hr Water Ozone Generator for Ozonation Systems

The QJOZONE QJ-8003K-5A is a portable ozone generator designed to produce ozone for compatible water-treatment and air-treatment applications. Using corona-discharge technology and a dry-air feed, the system provides an ozone output of up to 5g per hour with a specified generated-gas concentration of 15–25mg/L.

Its integrated air pump, air-cooled design and stainless-steel housing provide a self-contained ozone source for use as part of an appropriately designed ozonation system.

The QJ-8003K-5A produces up to 5g of ozone per hour from a dry-air feed.

The manufacturer specifies an ozone concentration of approximately 15–25mg/L in the generated gas stream. This figure describes the ozone output from the generator and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed dissolved-ozone concentration in treated water.

Actual dissolved ozone levels depend on the complete treatment system, including gas transfer, water flow, contact arrangement and operating conditions.

Corona-Discharge Ozone Generation

The machine uses high-voltage corona-discharge technology with a quartz dielectric to generate ozone from its feed gas.

An integrated air pump supplies the system with air, while the ozone-generating assembly converts a proportion of the available oxygen into ozone for delivery through the machine's outlet.

120-Minute Timer

An integrated timer allows operating periods of up to approximately 120 minutes to be selected for appropriate applications.

The required ozone dose and treatment duration should be established according to the specific process, water volume, ozone-transfer arrangement and application requirements rather than using a universal treatment time.

Portable Stainless-Steel Construction

The QJ-8003K-5A measures approximately 320 × 250 × 600mm and weighs around 10.1kg. Its stainless-steel housing, carrying handle and mobile configuration make it suitable for installations where the ozone source may need to be repositioned.

Important Ozone Safety Information

Ozone is a strong oxidising gas and should not be inhaled. The manufacturer specifically warns that ozone exposure can irritate and damage the respiratory system.
