FRIENDPACK UPK-ULM-MT-50 Bottle Labeller – Semi-Automatic, 25–50 Bottles/Min
Semi-Automatic Bottle Labeller for Round Containers
The FRIENDPACK UPK-ULM-MT-50 is a semi-automatic bottle labeller designed for applying self-adhesive labels to round bottles, jars and other cylindrical containers. With labelling speeds of up to 25–50 bottles per minute and positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm, it provides a compact labelling solution for small and medium-scale packaging operations.
Its desktop configuration is suitable for businesses that require more consistent and productive bottle labelling without installing a fully automatic conveyor-based labelling line.
Round Bottle Labelling Machine
The UPK-ULM-MT-50 is designed to rotate cylindrical containers while applying the label around their surface, helping produce consistent label placement across repeated batches.
The adjustable mechanism allows the machine to accommodate different compatible container sizes, making it suitable for businesses packaging multiple products rather than working with a single bottle format.
Up to 25–50 Bottles Per Minute
Semi-automatic operation provides considerably greater throughput than applying labels entirely by hand while retaining operator control over individual containers.
Depending on bottle dimensions, label size and operator workflow, the machine can process approximately 25–50 bottles per minute.
This makes it particularly suitable for batch production where a fully automatic labelling line would be unnecessary.
±0.5mm Label Positioning Accuracy
The labelling mechanism is designed to provide positioning accuracy of approximately ±0.5mm under suitable operating conditions.
Consistent positioning can help maintain a more uniform appearance across packaged products while reducing the variation associated with manual label application.
Self-Adhesive Label Application
The machine works with compatible self-adhesive labels supplied on rolls. Once correctly configured, the label dispensing and container-rotation mechanisms work together to apply the label around the cylindrical surface.
Adjustable positioning allows the system to be configured according to the dimensions of the compatible container and label being used.
For Bottles, Jars & Cylindrical Containers
Although primarily a bottle labelling machine, the UPK-ULM-MT-50 is not limited to conventional bottles. Compatible round jars and other cylindrical containers can also be labelled where their dimensions fall within the machine's operating range.
This makes the bottle labeller suitable for packaging applications including food and beverage products, cosmetics, personal-care products, pharmaceutical packaging and other bottled or jarred goods.
Compact Desktop Design
The benchtop configuration allows the machine to be integrated into smaller packing areas without requiring a dedicated conveyor system.
Its compact format is particularly useful for growing production environments upgrading their packaging equipment from manual label application towards semi-automated packaging.
110V / 220V Configurations
The FRIENDPACK UPK-ULM-MT-50 is available in electrical configurations for different markets. The required voltage should be selected and confirmed when ordering.
